The CPW system is highly technical in application, whilst remaining extremely simple to use and covers just about every eventuality thrown at it, here are just some of them, if you have any questions unanswered here please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q. Will I be notified when a competitor changes their price(s)?
A. Yes, our sytem will alert you by email, and you can then login and examine what has changed, and how it affects you through numerous textual and graphical data reports.
Q. Can I see the history of price changes our competitors make?
A. Yes, after logging in to the CPW system you can choose from many reports, one of which shows you the history of price movements. A bi-product is that it will also alert you to competitors monitoring your prices!
Q. Do you include shipping in the reports?
A. Yes, we can. You can choose whether to see reports with shipping included or not on the fly.
Q. Can I see the reports at any time?
A. Yes, we allow 24/7 access to the CPW client area for all clients.
Q. Can I track any competitor I wish to?
A. Yes, we can match your products with anyone you consider a competitor, or even go and find the cheapest prices online for you and match them to your products.
Q. Is there a limit to the number of products or competitors I can track?
A. No, we simply calculate the cost based on products x competitors. However, there is no set up fee for each new competitor, therefore 1,000 products x 5 competitors will be the same price as 500 products x 10 competitors, unlike other price watching companies who charge a set up fee for each new competitor.
Q. Can I track in any currency?
A. Yes, you can not only track in any currency, but you can also track others not selling in the same currency as you and have that represented back into your local currency in the reports if you so wish.
Q.Some of my competitors sites require logins, can you track those?
A. Yes, we can easily include sites that require logins to our system and track their prices as well for you.
Q. We sell our items in bulk numbers, but our competitors don't necessarily sell the same package sizes, can you handle this?
A. Yes, we can report the individual unit price back to the CPW system so you can compare like for like prices.
Q. Our products don't have SKU's does this matter?
A. No, we can track almost any data, we can even match your products against like matches if you wish us to. We are just about the only price matching company that can do this because of our bespoke human edited software!
